Band Fees
Fees can be paid directly through CutTime, where a variety of crowd funding options are available to you and you can apply individual ledger funds raised from Fundraisers to your band fees.
Alternatively, please use this form for a one time or recurring* payment of bands fees. If you need to make a different payment arrangement, contact Treasurer.IVCbands@gmail.com to communicate a payment option that would work for you.
*Automated recurring payments will be cancelled when fees are paid in full.
Payments can also be made by cash, checks made out to IVC Band Boosters, or any of the follow pay apps:.
Fees are necessary to help the program operate. Without fees, we would not be able to participate in the fun and exciting opportunities throughout the year. Each year the Directors along with your Executive Booster Board determines the funds needed to sustain the program based on previous years expenses, expected expenses for the year, and the number of students we expect to have participating.
The IVC Band Boosters is a registered non-profit organization therefore, our budget is for a zero profit or loss. Band fees are kept as low as possible to ensure maximum participation. No student will be excluded for financial reasons however, it is your responsibility as a parent, along with your student, to participate in the many fundraising activities that are available to pay these fees.
The fundraisers we offer to our students and parents can completely off-set the band fees, if optimized.
Please feel free to ask any questions along the way and attend booster meetings so you can see where every dollar goes.

We never turn away a child due to money issues.
What other costs are involved?
New parents will also find that there are optional costs involved with having a student in band. These costs include: admissions to competitions (for the spectator parents), travel (for parents going to competition), as well as band show shirts, section shirts, fan apparel, and decals .
How can I afford the many amazing experiences the band offers my child?
We have numerous fundraisers each year. Fundraisers accomplish both individual and organization goals. By participating in some fundraisers, you can raise money for your student. This money can be used to offset your costs towards fees, accessories and trips. The fundraisers also generate the money required to operate the band as a whole. Chartering buses for longer travel, music purchases, new instruments, are just a few of the areas that we need to raise money.
